Mr Adeyinka Obalade is a First-Class graduate of the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) (1980) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Lagos (1987-1988). He was also a member of Year 2000 Chief Executive Programme organized by Lagos Business School. He attended many Management Programmes in United Kingdom and United States of America. Yinka Obalade was the former MD/CEO of Global Bank Plc (2000-2005) and Societe Bancaire Merchant Bank (1997-1999). He was also the Executive Director, Finance and Investment of Industrial and General Insurance Plc (2005-2017) and the Group Managing Director of Capital Express Assurance Global. (2020-2022). He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grande Oakbridge School Lekki and a Non-Executive Director of some companies in and outside Nigeria.
